The training there is world class. The coaches have already produced world champions in MMA and JiuJitsu while also creating an amazing family/team environment. Having them available in the Mt. Zion and Decatur area is truly special.
Michael and Ronnie are great coaches and better friends.
If you’re interested in learning JiuJitsu, MMA, wrestling, boxing, or kickboxing this is the only place in the area that offers the level of coaching and training that makes them the best gym in the area. Especially if your a college kid they have student prices.
